Rotate the outer ring and carefully clean the interface between the cage, rolling elements, and raceway, ensuring that any remaining oil from previous use in hidden areas is thoroughly removed. After cleaning, the bearing should be drained of the cleaning oil, placed on a workbench lined with clean, neutral lining paper to air dry, or slowly dried in a far-infrared oven. From the time the cleaning oil is drained until it is air-dried or oven-dried, the bearing rings, cage, or any rolling elements must not be rotated. The rolling bearing can only be removed from its oil seal packaging and immersed in washing gasoline or acid-free kerosene containing 3% machine oil immediately before it is delivered for routine inspection.
