Repair methods for deep groove ball bearing wear
Deep groove ball bearing wear repair methods. To this day, repair technology has evolved from offline repair to online repair. Determining the most suitable technology remains a long-standing problem. Several common repair methods currently exist:
(1) Complete Disassembly and Replacement: Replacing with new parts is a conventional repair method. Keeping common spare parts on hand is an important measure in enterprise equipment management. This method is usually used when disassembly and repair are convenient.
(2) Embedding Non-standard Sleeves: Embedding non-standard sleeves is a common emergency repair method. Its weakness is that the processing precision is not high, and the contact area with the worn part is limited, making secondary wear more likely and significantly increasing production safety risks.
(3) Welding and Grinding Repair: Repair using welding and machining is a common method in traditional processes, characterized by high repair precision. Its disadvantage is that during the repair of shafts, it can easily lead to stress concentration or bending deformation of the shaft. Welding processes cannot avoid the problem of thermal stress, leading to the risk of cracks or even breakage during shaft use, increasing production safety risks.
