Bearing material
High-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCR15) is the standard material for bearing rings and rotating components. The chemical composition is shown below; carbon steel and stainless steel are also used in the above situations.

Bearing Retainer ：
Generally, retainers are stamped from steel strip or steel plate. Synthetic resins, stainless steel, and nylon are also used in high-speed motors and other products.
Seals and Dust Covers:
Dust covers primarily use SPCC material, but carbon steel and stainless steel are also used. Buna rubber is a commonly used sealing material; fluorocarbons, silicone resins, and polytetrafluoroethylene are common materials specifically used for high temperatures.
Lubricating Oil ：
Bearing lubrication is primarily to reduce frictional heat. Lubricating oil and lubrication methods significantly affect bearing performance; therefore, the appropriate lubricant must be selected according to the operating conditions.
